Legitimate inquiry calls are important to us (telemarketing calls are not).  The former are handled by trainers or management, not by a call center, and we like to spend quality time with each caller.  We may be busy with other clients doing evaluations or client training when you call, so do leave a message if voicemail should pick up.  We will return your call as soon as we can.
