We, including our affiliates and subsidiaries (if any), are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via online submission forms, via e-mail or other direct contact from you.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us, generally to send you the requested information, or to register you for a seminar.  We may share your information with a third party outside of our organization, such as to fulfill your request, to mail you information including our free DVD, to ship an order, or to mail you information on an ongoing basis.

If you ask us to (via an online form), we may contact you via email in the future to send you an e-mail newsletter, reminders or notifications about upcoming seminars, tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.  If we send out an e-mail broadcast, there will be clear removal instructions contained in every e-mail.  If not, replying to the message with the word “remove” (or something similar) in the subject line will remove your e-mail from our distribution list.  If you wish us to delete your contact information from our active listing for mailers as well, just call us and we’ll be happy to do so.

Online Security

At this time, we do not offer any online purchasing options.  If at such time that we do (and we have in the past), the following would apply:  We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to our credit card processor in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.  We never see or collect credit card information for online transactions at our physical location, but only the necessary information to ship such products as may be ordered to the customer.  Our credit card processor has taken precautions and steps to ensure the security and integrity of any credit card information that you may provide in the course of such a transaction.
